I studied Fine Art at the University of Kansas, earning my BFA in Sculpture. Robert Sudlow, Thomas Klaverkamp, Jim Denney, Richard Gillespie & Elden Tefft were among my teachers.

I work primarily with oil paints and oil sticks. I have worked in bronze and am experimenting in stone. I love to draw and will be adding life drawings to this site soon.

Having read extensively about the history of art, I’m inspired by many artists as well as the simplification of form and color in modern American art. My father is an artist and has always inspired me.
